The Events Coordinator is responsible for organizing all logistical requirements for events as well as planning, developing and posting of promotional materials. She works in collaboration with GMCC staff, volunteers and our business and community partners.
The Membership Development Officer is responsible for membership development and retention, provides support to the membership committee and acts as a liaison between members, benefit providers and the staff.
The Accounting Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all financial and accounting activities of the Chamber and the Chamber Trust, including receivables, payables, general ledger and financial reporting.
The Secretary - Receptionist is responsible for all administrative functions of the GMCC including the membership database, committee schedules and notices of meetings, event registrations, booking the boardroom and eFlyers. She welcomes visitors, responds to the majority of the Chamber's telephone and written inquiries and provides administrative support services to all staff members.
The Communications and Research Officer is responsible for all your advertizing and promotional needs, such as: E-Flyer, News Letters, Radio ads, website and Focus on members. She works in collaboration with GMCC staff, volunteers and our business and community partners.
