The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton is proud to work with all stakeholders of the Greater Moncton Local Immigration Partnership. The Chamber is proud to profile the immigrant entrepreneurs and business owners of colour who are adding to the rich fabric of our community. Let’s work together to confront racism and injustice.

The CCGM: Leading the way on the national stage

Two resolutions dealing with immigration were adopted in September by the more than 300 delegates attending the AGM of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Saint John. The two CCGM resolutions will be part of the National Advocacy strategy of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce until 2021.

  • The first resolution is looking to improve IRCC front-line settlement services in our region.
  • The purpose of the second resolution is to improve the recognition of foreign credentials.
