How do we sign-up?

  1. Download the Applicant information form ( STEP 1 to the right). Fill out and sign the applicant information form and email it to info@ccgm.ca
  2. Complete the request form (STEP 2)
  3. Wait for a confirmation e-mail that will include details on when and where to pick up your kits (We try to fulfill all requests within 24 hours but there may be delays based on increased demand)

COVID -19 Self Test How To

The goal of the program is to protect the lives of all workers and the livelihoods of small business owners by reducing the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

The rapid test program is part of the safe restart of the economy and is supported by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the New Brunswick and federal governments. The Chamber has signed an agreement with NB Public Health to be the distributor of the kits in southeast New Brunswick. All participating businesses must also sign a document with guidelines on how the rapid tests can be used.
