Moncton (NB), November 14th, 2022 â A major one-day workforce conference designed to help Southeast New Brunswick employers will be presented on November 17th. The Workforce of the Future Conference is a Southeast Labour Market Partnership initiative presented by the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton and 3+ Economic Development Corporation, which will deliver information to Southeast New Brunswick business leaders on the state of the local labour market and provide progress reports on efforts to build workforce attraction, retention, talent development, and labour market data plans. The conference will be held Thursday November 17, at the Delta BeausĂ©jour in Moncton and include panel discussions and guest speakers on connecting to global talent and the latest in workforce strategy transformation. It will also provide attendees with toolkits they can use to attract and retain employees creating a flexible workplace, and implementing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. âThese toolkits will help employers tap into the strength of diverse teams more effectively with inclusive approaches and practical advice to implement them.
