The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton celebrates bringing excellence to light at 39th annual Greater Moncton Business Excellence Awards

The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Moncton put the spotlight on business excellence on Oct. 10 by awarding prizes in several categories at its 39th annual Business Excellence Awards.

The annual celebration was held at the Delta by Marriott Beauséjour and saw awards presented in nine categories. The annual awards program drew more than 80 nominations this year, a continued sign of business excellence and growth throughout the region.

“The theme this year was ‘Excellence Brought to Light’ and we were pleased to shine the spotlight on the many outstanding businesses operating in Greater Moncton,” Interim Chamber CEO Xavier Infantas said.

Chamber Board Chair Matt Carter stressed the importance of celebrating excellence in the business community.

“So many entrepreneurs toil each day to deliver excellent products and services, and the Chamber feels it is an important part of our mandate to recognize the best of the best,” Carter said.
The evening was the culmination of an extensive nomination process. From the list of more than 80 nominees, a jury of five independent judges reviewed each submission and agreed on a list of four finalists in each category.
