2024 Business Excellence Awards
The goal of the annual CCGM Business Excellence Awards is to encourage entrepreneurship in the region and enhance the image of the finalists and winners by celebrating the excellence of our entrepreneurs.

Excellence in Business
The finalists in this category have demonstrated excellence in business operations in a number of areas such as production, marketing, sales, quality control, customer service, human resources, financial management, etc. They are clearly viewed by peers as leaders in business excellence and have demonstrated the best aspects of an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the finalists have a proven record of community involvement and are role models for the business community.

Excellence in Business (SME)
The finalists have 100 employees or less. They have demonstrated excellence in business operations in a number of areas such as production, marketing, sales, quality control, customer service, etc. They are clearly viewed by peers as leaders in business excellence and have demonstrated the best aspects of an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the finalists have a proven record of community involvement and are role models for the business community.

The finalists in this category have demonstrated exceptional diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplace, including leadership in hiring and retaining newcomers, people with visible and non-visible disabilities and visible minorities, and have given them the necessary training, wages and support to successfully transition to the workforce. The criteria to select a finalist also includes how they have helped individuals and their families in other ways – outside the workplace – to integrate into the community. Â
